Taking a new name from a clever corruption of the word "beetle", Isla Isle takes on music itself in their newest and most mesmerizing release yet, CAVE. While some may say the name is taking advantage of people's subconscious thoughts to add abnormally high expectations, CAVE is an artistic and beautiful name for this release. The low-frequency and high-frequency soundscapes create an exhilarating experience, not unlike a travel through a misty cave on a warm Autumn's night. This release takes influence from many genres, including Eno-esque ambient, soaring acoustic guitar pieces, and euphoric noise releases. CAVE is an experience to remember.
